This week is National Volunteer Week. All Volunteers in the Club combine their work/education/family lives with their Club volunteering. The Club is keen to have a new President as Robert is over-stretched between Manningham Netball and Club commitments (also has family, extended family and a job!). Sharing the love could mean a new President and Vice President, who can lead the organization but NOT do all the work so that the workload is shared out amongst the membership. There is a good working committee, all of whom have family/jobs/education and other commitments. However, it is important that all volunteers feel comfortable to contribute to their passion without feeling overwhelmed.
